What you will do

• Process credit card payments and troubleshoot online payment issues via Bill Trust.
• Apply payments and credits to customer accounts and coordinate refund requests with the corporate office.
• Settle outstanding payments on customer accounts and COD accounts.
• Handle inquiries from businesses and customers regarding payments, collections, and billing.
• Manage customer billing and collections to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Ensure the quality and confidentiality of company and customer information according to internal standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
• English level B2+ or C1 with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate level of MS Excel.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience in call centers or customer service.
• Experience in receiving customer payments or account management.
