What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for workflow automation and integration.
• Conduct UT, SIT, and UAT testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement approved changes with minimal business disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, N8N).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production support.
• Proficiency in SQL, Git, and Secure API methods.
• Must be based onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISO27001) and IAM (OAuth, SAML).
