What you will do

• Build daily schedule prioritizations based on production needs and maintenance calendars.
• Support pillar KPIs and target achievements.
• Encourage and drive WCM activities (PM/AM) within day-to-day team operations.
• Support the execution of Key Activity Indicators (KAIs).
• Provide training on autonomous maintenance (AM) and maintenance routines to production team members.
• Solve technical and machine-related nonroutine problems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance with a Diploma in Engineering, or 5-7 years with high school technical education.
• Capability of leading and guiding others and managing maintenance problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
