What you will do

• Review package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.
• Ensure contractor compliance with standards through observation, measurements, and testing.
• Perform site supervision and inspections under the guidance of the Resident Engineer.
• Maintain daily records of contractor manpower, equipment, and on-site activities.
• Implement quality control procedures and perform necessary site measurements and surveying checks.
• Monitor health and safety conformance on construction works and report violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a relevant degree.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in building construction.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, UAE.
