What you will do

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion and removal training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-ups and weekly outreach.
• Support operational excellence by reducing remakes and adhering to safety standards.
• Manage inventory control and merchandising standards to maintain an organized environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state
• 3+ years of related experience or training
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail setting.
