What you will do

• Take ownership of major strategic programs, including partnerships in core technology areas like MCU and analog.
• Execute market-specific strategic pillars and "must-win battles" through detailed implementation plans and monitoring.
• Provide high-level strategic analysis and support to senior leadership for business planning and decision-making.
• Drive standardization initiatives in emerging sectors, specifically the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
• Identify and support innovation projects to build a pipeline of future growth opportunities.
• Coordinate strategic collaborations and maintain alignment with key stakeholders in China.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a technology-focused role.
• Undergraduate or Master's degree with a strong academic record.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (scenario modeling, data visualization, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory for a global, multicultural environment.
• Location: Must be based in Shanghai.
