What you will do

• Drive the delivery of advanced technical projects, including the design and implementation of Office 365 and Azure infrastructure.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and the internal engineering team.
• Manage project workflows and oversee deliverables to ensure they are met within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Handle high-level desktop support escalations and solve complex technical infrastructure problems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive internal technical manuals and client-specific environment documentation.
• Mentor and train the technical team on project management, customer success, and technical best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability to function as an escalation resource during the 2 PM – 5 PM PT window.
• Physical ability to move equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Experience with Windows Server 2022+, Windows 11, and Apple Operating Systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and deliver accurate technical work in an MSP environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Lighthouse, and GDAP.
• Relevant professional technical certifications.
