What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle from initial use case identification to scaled adoption.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage executive relationships and facilitate access to customer subject-matter experts, systems, and data.
• Direct delivery operations, including sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate enterprise onboarding processes, managing security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement.
• Capture and translate customer feedback to inform research and product development priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Deployment Strategist in enterprise software or consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects to large enterprise customers.
• Strong technical acumen in AI/ML concepts and software architecture.
• Fluency in Korean and English for conducting discovery sessions and managing client relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Seoul.
