What you will do

• Build self-service tooling and "paved road" automation to increase developer velocity across the organization.
• Evolve GitOps and Kubernetes patterns using AWS EKS and ArgoCD.
• Architect and operate AI-driven agents for auto-triage and agent-assisted CI/CD automation.
• Lead incident response and drive blameless postmortems to ensure high system reliability and SLAs.
• Manage security, credentials, and compliance frameworks, specifically focusing on SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Identify and implement infrastructure initiatives to measurably reduce costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and Helm.
• Strong command of Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Linux, production databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MySQL, MongoDB), and networking.
• Experience using AI coding tools and agents as a daily driver to build automation.
• 4-year degree in engineering or computer science.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry and Datadog for observability and alerting strategy.
• Experience operating Apache Kafka, AWS Lambda, or event streaming at scale.
• Programming experience with Elixir, Ruby, Node.js, or Python.
• Direct ownership of SOC 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks.
