What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of complex recommendation and agent model solutions.
• Build and deploy production-scale personalization systems including candidate generation, learning-to-rank, and retrieval architectures.
• Apply advanced ML techniques such as Causal-ML, Reinforcement Learning, Online Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Designers to align model metrics with business goals.
• Research and integrate emerging ML and Agentic technologies to solve customer problems.
• Develop and optimize systems through A/B testing, interleaving, and bandit experimentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in AI science and machine learning.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of hands-on expertise in recommendation systems, ranking/retrieval, and classical ML.
• Proven experience shipping in-product recommendation or personalization systems with demonstrable business impact.
• Extensive experience building reusable end-to-end data and model pipelines in production.
• Strong business acumen to evaluate the end-to-end impact of ML solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-stage (candidate generation + ranking) architectures.
• Expertise in multi-armed bandits, contextual bandits, or uplift modeling.
• Experience developing and orchestrating complex multi-agent AI systems.
• Authored research papers in top conferences on Recommendation Systems, RL, or Deep Learning.
