What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise-level QE and automation strategy for the Subscription platform.
• Architect scalable automation frameworks across web, mobile, console, and connected device ecosystems.
• Integrate AI-assisted quality engineering solutions into daily engineering practices.
• Build observability dashboards and metrics to improve visibility into release health and platform reliability.
• Lead automation initiatives for end-to-end subscription workflows, including commerce, entitlement, and retention.
• Mentor and coach SDETs and QE engineers on automation best practices and quality excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test or Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading large-scale automation architecture and QE strategy initiatives.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered QE tooling or developer productivity tools.
• Experience with XCUITest, Appium, Selenium, and API automation frameworks.
• Experience developing automation for streaming, media playback, or cloud gaming applications.

Nice to have

• Experience testing commerce/payment systems and entitlement services.
• Experience with React Native or cross-platform frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms.
