What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sales and use tax compliance, including registrations and filings across multiple US jurisdictions.
• Monitor nexus and interpret state and local tax regulation changes to assess business impact.
• Support and manage indirect tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions.
• Optimize tax technology and automation initiatives within Oracle NetSuite and other tax tools.
• Coordinate real and personal property tax filings and assessments across US locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (CPA or MST preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in indirect tax, specifically focused on US sales & use tax.
• Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and handling state tax audits.
• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) required.
• Strong understanding of US indirect tax regulations and nexus rules.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
