Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary

Salary: HUF 694,733 – 800,000 per month

What you will do

  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and lead collection efforts via phone and email.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers and internal sales/customer success teams to resolve billing inquiries.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Generate accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Collaborate on process improvements within the AR department.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience handling collections for Enterprise customers in the EMEA region.
  • Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
