What you will do

• Design and build multi-agent AI systems in Python for complex business workflows including lead qualification, email generation, and outbound orchestration.
• Architect model-agnostic abstraction layers to decouple business logic from LLM providers such as Claude, GPT, and open-source models.
• Develop and operate backend services using FastAPI/Flask deployed on Kubernetes with full CI/CD lifecycle management.
• Implement tool-use patterns, including structured function calling and state management across conversation turns for AI agents.
• Build scalable integrations with external systems like CRM, enrichment APIs, and outreach platforms with robust error handling and rate limiting.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and A/B testing infrastructure to evaluate and debug non-deterministic AI behavior in production.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building backend services in Python.
• Production experience building stateful, multi-step AI agent systems where models make decisions and call tools.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals, including context window management, token budgets, and strategies for handling hallucinations.
• Experience testing and evaluating non-deterministic AI systems using alternatives to standard assertions.
• Proficiency with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and SQL.
• Experience integrating external APIs at scale, managing auth flows, rate limits, and data normalization.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM/RevOps systems such as Salesforce, Apollo, or Lusha.
• Background in growth engineering, marketing automation, or revenue operations tooling.
• Experience with Slack bot development or open-source AI agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with ArgoCD, StatefulSets, or advanced Kubernetes operations.
