What you will do
- Define and own the 3-5 year product vision and strategy for all client-facing and internal digital tools.
- Execute the product roadmap to drive competitive advantage and enable significant business growth.
- Inspire, mentor, and scale the product team, promoting industry best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the full product management lifecycle from concept and discovery through to launch.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to track product usage, growth, and feature effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to solve complex product and engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Must be located in New York, United States.
- 15+ years of experience in Product or Operations leadership roles within consumer-focused startups and large brands.
- Proven success in building and managing high-traffic consumer online marketplaces.
- Undergraduate degree in an analytical field (economics, statistics, industrial engineering, or computing); MBA or Masters degree strongly preferred.
- Experience leading product functions within large-scale global organizations.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical internal stakeholders.
