What you will do

• Lead structured customer discovery through interviews and usage analysis to validate product opportunities.
• Synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support into strategic product themes.
• Monitor eCommerce ecosystem trends and competitive movements to surface actionable insights.
• Own and refine product narratives for external stakeholders and industry forums.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop value propositions and GTM messaging.
• Optimize the intake and routing of external product requests to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, or growth within SaaS or platform environments.
• Proven track record in customer discovery activities and synthesizing insights into clear outputs.
• Experience with go-to-market (GTM) processes and cross-functional product launches.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data and customer feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building structured narratives.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
