What you will do

• Oversee the planning and execution of programmatic, social, and ecommerce buying across the DACH region.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
• Manage and integrate MarTech platforms, including Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads.
• Analyze ad tech data to provide strategic insights and optimize ongoing campaign performance.
• Drive the localization of global MarTech initiatives and upskill internal Digital Activation Managers.
• Maintain relationships with Ad tech vendors and media suppliers to ensure tool efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media Management, or Digital Communication.
• 8+ years of experience in a digital trading role within a Media Agency, FMCG, or the digital economy.
• Strong expertise in programmatic buying, RTB platforms, and digital media ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, DCO, Audience Segmentation, and Media Attribution.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Darmstadt, Germany.
