TL;DR

Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Creating engaging management information and data narratives to support operational decision-making with an accent on SQL-based data pipelines and Tableau visualization. Location: Must be based in the UK (Hubs: Glasgow, Bristol, or London). Hybrid role requiring at least one hub visit per quarter.

Salary: £34,620 – £42,500

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting processes using SQL.
• Design and deliver intuitive, reusable dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Partner with operational functions to shape data domains and improve decision-making capabilities.
• Extract trends and present data narratives to various organizational audiences.
• Troubleshoot data connection issues and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to standardize performance metrics and playbooks.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
• Proven experience in an analytics role using SQL and Tableau.
• Mastery of SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and subqueries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business stories.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and challenge existing methodologies.
