Product Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Research and develop design parameters, performance characteristics, and technical specifications for new products and components.
• Guide technical design evolution, project planning, performance analysis, and development testing.
• Monitor and test new technologies, materials, and components to identify product or process improvement opportunities.
• Construct prototype equipment and oversee materials selection, process optimization, and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing to provide design solutions that meet customer and dealer requirements.
• Participate in supplier selection and capabilities assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering).
• English: Pre-Advanced level required.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil and work on-site five days a week.
• Valid CREA registration (or ability to obtain it immediately).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Creo) and PLM software (Teamcenter).
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering teams and with suppliers.
• Familiarity with automation, programming, or scripting tools.
