What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, acting as the technical "General Contractor".
• Oversee third-party development teams and coordinate multiple vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and configuration.
• Design and configure Salesforce Marketing, Data, Service, and Sales clouds, integrating them with MuleSoft and API architectures.
• Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines and security analysis.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression) and oversee complex cutover and deployment activities.
• Establish monitoring protocols to track system errors and performance degradation.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce solution delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds and the Lightning Platform.
• Proven background in Apex development and integration technologies like MuleSoft and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Citizenship or Green Card required).

Nice to have

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Technical Architect).
• Experience with AI-powered Salesforce features (Einstein) and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Ability to facilitate training and change management strategies.
