What you will do

• Architect and operate data and training pipelines across cloud and cluster environments.
• Build and maintain distributed training and orchestration tooling.
• Design and maintain the data and metadata stores that back training and evaluation workflows.
• Implement data and model parallelism infrastructure for large-scale applications (>100TB data or >100GB models).
• Operate containerized ML workloads, including GPU scheduling, autoscaling, and experiment tracking.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building ML-oriented infrastructure, platforms, or distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and PyTorch within Linux environments.
• Familiarity with basic ML concepts, including training loops, operators, and architectures.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go or Rust.
• Experience with ML orchestration tools like Ray, Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks such as PyTorch DDP/FSDP or DeepSpeed.
• Experience with Spark, Parquet, and object storage.
• Knowledge of Perception and Planning concepts in Autonomous Driving.
