What you will do

• Execute APAC field marketing by translating global campaign plans into regional activations that resonate with local audiences.
• Build and nurture hirify.global's presence in crypto, fintech, and financial crime compliance communities and networks.
• Partner with sales and events teams to plan and deliver trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer briefings.
• Develop and publish region-specific social content and manage B2B channels like LinkedIn for the APAC market.
• Manage regional HubSpot campaigns, including nurture workflows and landing pages to optimize the buyer journey.
• Provide regional intelligence and audience insights to the global marketing team to refine overall planning.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a regulated sector.
• Proven track record of adapting global campaigns for regional APAC markets.
• Strong copywriting skills across various digital and B2B marketing channels.
• Experience managing third-party trade shows and hosted experiences in the APAC region.
• Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
• Must be based in Singapore for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Demonstrable AI fluency for streamlining workflows and content production.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange, blockchain analytics firm, or regtech business.
• Existing network of contacts across APAC fintech and financial services communities.
