What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for content licensing, rights management, and licensee relationship cultivation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SMX footage and photo licensing needs.
• Manage enterprise license systems and lead the negotiation of agreements and renewals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Global Partnerships, PR, Digital Marketing, and Legal departments.
• Perform due diligence to assess risks and feasibility of content usage requests.
• Oversee compliance and reporting of content usage to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in media licensing, rights management, or content acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IP law, copyright law, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends based on business demands.
• Must be able to work on-site in Ellenton, Florida.
