What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders to improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and deploy the People & Communications strategy across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
- Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
- Drive employee engagement and an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Lead employee relations, social dialogue, consultation processes, and union partnerships.
- Support organizational transformation and change management while developing a high-performing People & Communications team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior People, HR, or People & Communications leadership role.
- Strong business partnering experience in a complex, matrix, international organization.
- Experience working in unionized and highly regulated environments.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with a strong operations mindset.
- Fluent French and English required.
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills.
