What you will do

• Coordinate and execute releases across multiple systems and vendors.
• Validate release readiness criteria, including testing, rollback plans, dependencies, and documentation.
• Provide operational governance for the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Onboard new services and major changes into BAU support, ensuring operational readiness (SLAs, monitoring, access).
• Conduct post-release validation and early life support (ELS).
• Analyze and present data to reduce release-related incidents and rework.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), specifically within Change, Release, or Transition.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle governance.
• Ability to assess risk and support governance decisions in multi-vendor environments.
• Analytical skills for interpreting and presenting data for decision-making.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for hybrid office attendance.
