What you will do

• Build and deploy production-grade ML software, tools, and infrastructure.
• Create reusable, scalable AI solutions for retail and consumer use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to solve critical client challenges.
• Lead technical scoping and architectural decisions to ensure project feasibility and scalability.
• Define and implement standards for deploying machine learning systems in production.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, translating complex ML concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience with the full ML lifecycle and operationalising models using frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong Python skills and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including architecture and security.
• Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of core ML concepts, including probability, statistics, and experimentation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working with retail, consumer, ecommerce, marketing, or supply chain data.
