What you will do

• Develop and maintain modular world-building workflows and level design tools in UE5.
• Create procedural solutions for terrain, foliage, asset placement, and environmental dressing.
• Collaborate with Rendering and Engineering teams to ensure environments meet visual targets and performance standards.
• Define and document best practices for Blueprint usage, asset setup, and naming conventions.
• Mentor artists and designers in technical workflows to ensure scalable environment production.
• Stay current with Unreal Engine technology and integrate future updates into the development pipeline.

Requirements

• Senior level experience as a Technical Artist, Technical Environment Artist, or Level Designer.
• Expert proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with C++ in UE4/5.
• Deep understanding of real-time rendering, PBR, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience building World Building pipelines and procedural content generation systems in UE5.
• Strong artistic eye for composition, visual quality, and environmental storytelling.
