Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game art production with leadership responsibility.
• Strong expertise in evaluating artistic quality across 2D, 3D, and animation.
• Proven experience in team leadership, hiring, and performance evaluation.

• Excellent communication skills to justify creative decisions to stakeholders.
