What you will do

• Develop and implement technology roadmaps tailored to project requirements.
• Act as the primary technical reference for the art team to solve complex production issues.
• Optimize content to ensure efficient memory usage and rendering performance.
• Contribute directly to asset development, including models, shaders, and textures.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the production lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging graphics trends and generative AI tools to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Technical Art Director on AAA or AA productions.
• Significant experience with Unreal Engine 5 (Nanite, Chaos, Blueprint, etc.).
• Strong technical proficiency in performance, optimization, and production pipelines.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and generative AI tools.
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Maxscript).
• Proficient in English (C1 level) to collaborate in an international environment.
