What you will do

• Support the hybrid IT estate utilizing JumpCloud and Google Workspace across global offices.
• Manage MDM, SSO/SAML processes, endpoint security, and patch management for physical and virtual assets.
• Enforce information security policies, guidelines, and documentation across the organization.
• Maintain SOC2 Type 2 posture and lead the strategy to achieve ISO:42001 certification.
• Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act in collaboration with the Legal team.
• Review penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and coordinate incident responses.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with identity and device management using IdPs like JumpCloud, Google, and Azure.
• Proficiency in provisioning and managing Mac and Windows environments at scale.
• Solid networking knowledge, specifically with Fortinet access points, switches, and routers.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Practical experience working within SOC2 and ISO compliance frameworks.
• Must be based in New York to act as the face of IT & InfoSec on the ground.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linear for service desk management and Vanta for GRC.
• Working knowledge of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to improve internal workflows.
• Willingness to travel to other global offices as required.
