What you will do

• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting financial reports.
• Conduct project and contract profitability reviews, including work-in-progress (WIP) analysis.
• Monitor and report on unbilled revenue and outstanding project balances.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Assist with year-end audit requirements, compliance activities, and internal governance.

Requirements

• Late part-qualified or nearly qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Previous experience within a management accounting or financial accounting role.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships across all business levels.
