What you will do

• Define and lead the technical direction for the quality platform and testing strategy.
• Shape automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, and quality intelligence across engineering teams.
• Partner with platform and foundation teams to embed quality into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Establish quality architecture and validation frameworks for AI-assisted and spec-driven development.
• Influence engineering standards and integration patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality systems remain safe, measurable, and reliable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SET, SDET, or platform-quality engineering roles.
• Strong background in platform engineering, developer productivity tooling, and automation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD practices, release governance, and modern delivery pipelines.
• Proven ability to design scalable test infrastructure adopted across multiple teams.
• Experience implementing testing strategies for distributed systems or large-scale organizations.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to influence technical leads without direct authority.
