Accounting Trainee (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid in Braga, Portugal (first two months 100% on-site)

What you will do

• Support the handling of fixed assets and resolution of supplier queries.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Participate in month-end closing processes.
• Perform account reconciliations, including intercompany accounts.
• Support invoicing and payment processing activities.
• Manage travel and expenses processing and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or Management.
• English: Good written and spoken proficiency required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Eligibility for an IEFP level 6 Internship.
• Must be based in or able to work in Braga, Portugal.
