Fund Reporting Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare and review quarterly fund-level client reports for private equity, real estate, and credit fund-of-funds.
• Extract and analyze quantitative fund and portfolio company performance data from PE sponsors.
• Manage monthly hedge fund fact card reporting and draft capital call/distribution notices.
• Liaise with administrators and financial sponsors regarding valuations and portfolio activities.
• Serve as a product specialist for PE, handling information requests from clients and relationship managers.
• Coordinate internal compliance reviews and ensure timely report distribution.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in hedge funds, private equity, or real estate.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and presentation.
• Experience in report writing and professional business communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
