What you will do

• Design solutions for complex systems using system design and safety analysis best practices.
• Conduct deep-dive technical analyses, including sensor redundancy and remote operator visual acuity.
• Collaborate with domain teams and stakeholders to support safety cases and internal audits.
• Develop internal tools and scripts using modern AI-assistance to optimize safety workflows.
• Manage technical concepts from initial ideas through to delivery and release.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Gothenburg, Sweden.
• Master’s degree in a technical engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience with complex, safety-critical, or mission-critical systems.
• Proven track record in requirement engineering and working with industry standards (e.g., ISO).
• Experience creating safe and efficient electromechanical systems in the automotive sector.
• Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in application software engineering or embedded systems.
• Programming experience.
