What you will do

• Own the full workstream for sponsor activations for a large-scale motor-racing event.
• Build and maintain detailed production timelines, budget trackers, and decision-making documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for experiential activations, including onsite requirements during load-in, load-out, and go-live.
• Collaborate with internal Creative, Production, and Brand Partnerships teams to bridge operational needs.
• Manage vendor relations, gather quotes, and handle POs and invoicing.
• Monitor brand guidelines across all deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in large-scale event production or similar environments.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure, logistics, and on-site event operations.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, budgets, and complex timelines.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Madrid.
