What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain internal prudential standards and frameworks calibrated for a credit institution.
• Define best practices for ICAAP, ILAAP, and SREP responses to align with regulatory expectations.
• Provide expert-level risk coverage across credit, operational, market, and liquidity risk types.
• Act as a trusted advisor to front-line teams and senior management on prudential and regulatory risk matters.
• Represent the Risk function in key governance committees, including the Risk Management Committee and ALCO.
• Champion the use of AI and automation to improve regulatory and risk processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role at a bank, payment institution, or financial regulator.
• Solid background in the banking sector (Credit Institutions) with expertise in various risk types.
• Hands-on experience with the CRR/CRD framework and ICAAP, ILAAP, and SREP processes.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a rigorous analytical mindset.
