What you will do

• Design and maintain interactive enterprise KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense to visualize revenue cycle trends.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on large, multi-source datasets (e.g., Oracle Cerner MHS GENESIS) to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Build predictive and machine learning models using Python, R, SQL, or SAS to inform operational decision-making.
• Identify and quantify process-improvement opportunities across billing, collections, and denial management to forecast financial lift.
• Collaborate with DHA UBO leadership and stakeholders to translate enterprise priorities into measurable KPIs.
• Author executive briefings, assessment reports, and SOPs tailored for senior military and civilian audiences.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Deep understanding of healthcare revenue-cycle concepts, including charge capture, coding, billing, and reimbursement.
• Proficiency with EHR and revenue-cycle software, specifically Oracle/Cerner MHS GENESIS.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (Power Query/Pivot).
• Ability to use Python, R, or SAS for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Information Management, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of total RCM analytics experience, with 3+ years in a DoD or large integrated-delivery-network setting.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as HFMA CRCR, AHIMA RHIA/RHIT, CPC, or CBIP.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid-waterfall consulting environments.
