What you will do

• Develop internal tools, data pipelines, automation scripts, and evaluate models for AI agents.
• Integrate and debug lab instruments to create API-controllable hardware glue.
• Support and improve hands-on production workflows within the wet lab.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks related to suppliers, inventory, and internal processes.
• Own real-world problems and create measurable value within a small, high-impact team.

Requirements

• Must be a student or recent graduate (early-career builder).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland.
• Proven track record of building things (projects, repos, papers, or side businesses).
• AI-native approach to development, utilizing coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) as a default.
• High agency, fast learner, and a genuine generalist mindset.
