What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered products with a focus on agentic systems.
• Create evaluations and define metrics of success using cutting-edge AI platforms.
• Implement and manage MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align AI capabilities with business needs.
• Guide and support junior AI engineers through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in LLM-powered production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like LangChain and PyTorch.
• Proven experience with AWS and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Solid understanding of AI model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills in English for explaining complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of RAG, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent AI architectures.
