hirify.global develops the MADiE digital platform for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to standardize healthcare quality measures in the US.

What you will do

• Execute an automation-first QA strategy using Cypress for E2E, API, performance, and accessibility testing.
• Integrate Cypress test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
• Perform manual testing activities including exploratory testing, regression validation, and UAT.
• Ensure applications meet Section 508 / WCAG accessibility requirements using tools like Axe and Lighthouse.
• Act as a quality advocate during sprint planning and backlog refinement within Agile teams.
• Communicate quality risks, trends, and release readiness to stakeholders.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only (no sponsorship provided).
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to meet Public Trust requirements and successfully complete a US Government background investigation.
• Experience with Cypress as a primary test automation framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, or REST Assured.
• Understanding of FHIR standards.
• Experience in federal government or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.
