What you will do

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for RxCLAIM-based applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and technical designs.
• Design and oversee test scenarios covering eligibility, claims adjudication, pricing, and prior authorization.
• Mentor QA analysts on RxCLAIM workflows and advanced testing techniques.
• Track quality KPIs, defect trends, and report status to stakeholders.
• Support automation initiatives by identifying regression candidates and coordinating with automation teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 3–4 years in a QA Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with RxCLAIM (claims processing, plan setup, pricing, benefits).
• Solid understanding of PBM and pharmacy domain concepts.
• Proficiency with test management tools like ALM, Jira, or Zephyr.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in corporate or client offices as necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to other PBM platforms such as QNXT, Facets, or ICD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
