What you will do

• Support Clinical Informatics and healthcare operations teams.
• Prepare KPI reports, usage metrics, and operational analytics.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket triage and provide workflow support.
• Drive documentation optimization and flowsheet reduction initiatives.
• Create and maintain process materials and documentation.
• Coordinate small-scale healthcare IT and informatics projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Support, Clinical Informatics, or related roles.
• Experience with reporting and operational analytics in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Strong written English communication and documentation skills.
• Must be based in Medellin, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Epic or Epic workflows.
• Experience supporting EMR/EHR systems.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare terminology.
• Exposure to documentation optimization or healthcare informatics initiatives.
