What you will do

• Provide clients with effective claims advice based on thorough forensic examination of project data.
• Carry out autonomous delay analysis and professional assignments.
• Perform 'live' planning assistance as required.
• Ensure all project deliveries strictly adhere to client requirements.
• Support major claims and facilitate dispute resolution processes.

Requirements

• Degree in a construction-related field.
• Deep understanding of current construction methodologies and various delay analysis methods.
• Strong knowledge of contract conditions and law within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in planning software, specifically P6 or Powerproject.
• Proven track record in the successful delivery of claims.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and time management skills.
