What you will do

• Provide technical support for EMR/EHR systems and related healthcare applications.
• Analyze business and clinical requirements to design and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operational leaders to optimize workflows and system performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and support procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst specifically within a healthcare environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting EMR/EHR platforms.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Medellín, Colombia for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare reporting, interfaces, or interoperability solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
