System Integration Test Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain System Integration (SYS.4) test cases.
• Perform and document system integration tests, including installing integrated software packages to hardware and integrating peripherals to the infotainment system in a simulated car environment.
• Define and distribute “Bring Up Instructions” and verify hardware bring-up, OS/driver testing, and integrated software functionality.
• Create system integration documentation and processes; ensure consistency and bilateral traceability between system architectural design and the integration test specification.
• Pre-analyse defects, report system defect tickets, integrate and verify fixes on the system level, and document results.
• Provide real-time task status and weekly activity reporting; participate in test validation reviews and project sync meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer in Automotive.
• Experience and knowledge in Automotive SPICE –SYS.4 and system integration, including OS and driver testing.
• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux environments (Bash commands/scripts, system initialization, application/service management).
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, capturing packages, NAT, bridge, P2P) and experience with data analysis/logs/tracing (e.g., Wireshark).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of telematics systems architecture and telematics domains (OTA, GNSS, E-Call, positioning, 4G/5G, WiFi), plus vehicle diagnosis topics and diagnostic communication protocols.
