What you will do

• Design and architect ecommerce applications, payment solutions, and third-party marketing technology integrations.
• Manage the complete software lifecycle, including system architecture, technical design, and data migration deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams and external vendors to ensure architectural standards.
• Collaborate with customers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive design decisions and proactively identify performance or operational improvements for the platform.
• Lead diverse development teams, including offshore resources, to deliver high-quality code solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership position leading production support teams.
• Expertise in integrating payment systems and marketing technology with ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to manage and lead offshore teams with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Current Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer or B2C Technical Architect certifications.
• Professional experience in the retail industry.
