What you will do

• Define, plan, and monitor activities for the assigned domain aligned with project scope and timelines.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Coordinate with software project leads and architects to align on priorities and report status.
• Lead the software development team to ensure features are implemented and validated.
• Collaborate with test managers to ensure proper testing and resolution of reported issues.
• Ensure adherence to hirify.global and customer quality processes and standards.

Requirements

• University degree (MSc/BSc).
• Proven experience in automotive embedded software development, requirements management, and architecture.
• Proficiency with ALM and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest, Romania.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Automotive Connectivity/Telematics systems.
• Experience in external customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of Automotive quality standards (e.g., ASPICE).
• Experience working within an agile framework (e.g., SAFe).
