What you will do
- Design, implement, and verify C++ software for embedded converter control systems.
- Own software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and agile development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and improve software performance and engineering practices.
- Analyze and resolve critical issues while supporting customer inquiries.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their technical development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree with strong experience may also be considered.
- More than 8 years of software development experience, particularly with operating systems and embedded systems.
- In-depth knowledge of C++ and initial experience with software architecture and technical design decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CMake, source code management, build automation, and CI pipeline adaptation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent English communication.
