What you will do

• Scout and recruit potential contributors using industry contacts and creative advertising.
• Conduct screening calls and lead auditions to assess on-screen suitability and storytelling potential.
• Perform thorough background checks and due diligence to ensure editorial safety.
• Compile biographies, pitch notes, and video highlight reels for executive producers.
• Enforce duty of care, safeguarding, and GDPR compliance throughout the casting process.
• Collaborate with the wider production team to build a diverse and compelling lineup for each episode.

Requirements

• Proven casting experience on broadcast studio game shows is essential.
• Strong editorial judgment and an intuitive eye for compelling characters.
• Extensive industry contacts and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Thorough understanding of broadcasting standards, diversity guidelines, and compliance.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
